The Foundation

ASHEVILLE, NC -- I stumbled across this volunteer-built skate park while I was chasing trains during a visit to Asheville.

As with any other skate park I’ve ever visited, the kids were quite pleasant and welcoming.

The Foundation is in a warehouse area between the Norfolk Southern Railyard and the French Broad River.
