RALEIGH, NC -- Just three days after their induction in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts opened for the Who at PNC Arena here. She was AWESOME!
They played a 45-minute set that knocked me over! Given my choice, I’d have taken a little more Joan and a little less Who.
